ANALYSIS OF MATERIAL COMPOSITION USING X-RAY SPECTROMETRY
We provide analysis of the composition of metals and alloys using the XRF Vanta C spectrometer. These analyses allow for the determination of the material composition in terms of base metals such as Cu, Ni, Al, etc., as well as precious and rare metals like Au, Ag, Pt, Pd, Ru, Rt, etc.
