DATA PROTECTION NOTICE

GEOMAR RECYCLING Ltd. with its registered office at Bodzanów 556, 32-020 Wieliczka, registered in the National Court Register ("Administrator"), in connection with the entry into force on May 25, 2018, of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, regarding the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) ("GDPR"), hereby informs you that it may process your personal data as the data controller if there is an appropriate legal basis for this processing.
The Administrator informs you that:
Your personal data may be processed for purposes that are necessary for: (i) the performance of a contract to which you are a party or (ii) taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract or (iii) compliance with a legal obligation to which the Administrator is subject, or (iv) for purposes arising from the legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator, and also (v) on the basis of your consent - for purposes in line with the content of the consent given; In particular, if you are: 1.1. a subscriber to a newsletter organized by the Administrator ("Newsletter"), we process your data for purposes related to the subscription and sending of the Newsletter; 1.2. a customer service office client, we process your data for the purpose of contacting you regarding matters you have addressed to the customer service office, including, in particular, transactions carried out within the "PACZKI" scrap sales system or for the purpose of taking actions at your request prior to entering into a contract or for purposes arising from the legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator.
The provided data may be processed based on Article 6(1) lit. a), b), c), and lit. f) of the GDPR;
Personal data may be stored for the period necessary to achieve the purposes mentioned above. In the case of processing data based on your consent, the storage of personal data will be carried out until consent is withdrawn; If legal regulations require earlier deletion of your personal data or longer storage, the Administrator will comply with such legal obligation.
You have the right to request access to your personal data held by the Administrator, their correction, deletion, or restriction of processing;
You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal;
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (or, as of the establishment of a new authority, with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection) if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the law;
The personal data were obtained from you (personal data come from the person to whom they relate);
Providing data is voluntary; for specific purposes specified in the relevant regulations applicable to the Administrator, providing data may be necessary to perform certain transactions or activities;
